Hadith 3991 — Buch 22: The Book of Musaqah
كتاب المساقاة
وَحَدَّثَنِي زُهَيْرُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ، حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ، ح وَحَدَّثَنِي زُهَيْرُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ، أَيْضًا حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاذُ بْنُ هِشَامٍ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي كِلاَهُمَا، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، بِهَذَا الإِسْنَادِ . مِثْلَهُ وَقَالاَ " فَهُوَ أَحَقُّ بِهِ مِنَ الْغُرَمَاءِ " .

Englische Übersetzung
This hadith has been narrated on the authority of Qatada with the same chain of transmitters (but with a change of these words):" He is more entitled to get it than any other creditor
Urdu-Übersetzung
سعید اور ہشام دونوں نے قتادہ سے اسی سند کے ساتھ اسی کی مانند روایت کی اور کہا : " تو وہ ( دیگر ) قرض خواہوں کی نسبت اس ( مال ) کا زیادہ حقدار ہے ۔
