حَدَّثَنَا كَثِيرُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ الْحِمْصِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا بَقِيَّةُ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ، عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ أَبِي مَرْيَمَ، عَنْ رَاشِدِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ، عَنْ ثَوْبَانَ، مَوْلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ قَالَ رَأَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ نَاسًا رُكْبَانًا عَلَى دَوَابِّهِمْ فِي جِنَازَةٍ فَقَالَ " أَلاَ تَسْتَحْيُونَ أَنَّ مَلاَئِكَةَ اللَّهِ يَمْشُونَ عَلَى أَقْدَامِهِمْ وَأَنْتُمْ رُكْبَانٌ " .

Englische Übersetzung
It was narrated that Thawban, the freed slave of the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ), said:“The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) saw some people riding on their animals in a funeral (procession). He said: ‘Do you not feel ashamed that the angels of Allah are walking on foot and you are riding?’”
Urdu-Übersetzung
رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے غلام ثوبان رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے ایک جنازہ میں کچھ لوگوں کو جانوروں پر سوار دیکھا، تو فرمایا: تمہیں شرم نہیں آتی کہ اللہ کے فرشتے پیدل چل رہے ہیں اور تم سوار ہو ۔
