كتاب إقامة الصلاة والسنن فيها
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبَّادُ بْنُ رَاشِدٍ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَرُ، صَاحِبُ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ قَالَ إِنْ كُنَّا لَنَأْوِي لِرَسُولِ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ مِمَّا يُجَافِي بِيَدَيْهِ عَنْ جَنْبَيْهِ إِذَا سَجَدَ .

Englische Übersetzung
Ahmar, the Companion of the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ), narrated to us:“We used to feel sorry for the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) because he took pains to keep his arms away from his sides when he prostrated.”
Urdu-Übersetzung
صحابی رسول احمر رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم جب سجدہ کرتے تو ہاتھوں ( اور بازوؤں ) کو پہلووں سے اتنا دور کرتے کہ ہمیں ( اس مشقت کی کیفیت کو دیکھ کر ) ترس آتا۔
