Hadith 6096 — Buch 78: Good Manners and Form (Al-Adab)

Narrated Samura bin Jundub:The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "I saw (in a dream), two men came to me." Then the Prophet (ﷺ) narrated the story (saying), "They said, 'The person, the one whose cheek you saw being torn away (from the mouth to the ear) was a liar and used to tell lies and the people would report those lies on his authority till they spread all over the world. So he will be punished like that till the Day of Resurrection

ہم سے موسیٰ بن اسماعیل نے بیان کیا، انہوں نے کہا ہم سے جریر نے بیان کیا، انہوں نے کہا ہم سے ابورجاء نے بیان کیا، ان سے سمرہ بن جندب رضی اللہ عنہ نے بیان کیا کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا ”میرے پاس گذشتہ رات خواب میں دو آدمی آئے انہوں نے کہا کہ جسے آپ نے دیکھا کہ اس کا جبڑا چیرا جا رہا تھا وہ بڑا ہی جھوٹا تھا، جو ایک بات کو لیتا اور ساری دنیا میں پھیلا دیتا تھا، قیامت تک اس کو یہی سزا ملتی رہے گی۔“
