I ask You by every name that is Yours, which You named Yourself with, or revealed in Your Book, or taught to any of Your creation, or kept to Yourself in the knowledge of the unseen: make the Quran the spring of my heart, the light of my chest, the departure of my sorrow and the going of my worry.

“No one is struck by worry or sorrow and says this except that God removes his worry and sorrow and replaces it with joy.”

Ahmad 3712, graded sound by Ibn Hibban 972

Is dua enough without treatment?

No. Dua is worship and a means, and it goes together with taking other means: medical and psychological care and counselling when needed. If you are in a severe crisis, seek professional help immediately.
