The White Days (13th–15th of each Hijri month): fasting them

Short answerThe White Days are the 13th, 14th and 15th of each Hijri month, named for their moonlit nights. Fasting them every month is recommended; the Prophet ﷺ advised Abu Hurayra, Abu ad-Darda and others to do so.

Hadith

If you fast three days of the month, fast the 13th, 14th and 15th.
